Dorsal II is the highly improved re-edition of Dorsal I, an economical office chair of high ergonomical capabilities which continues to be sold notwithstanding its 20 years in the market. Dorsal I was born as a low cost office chair three years after the presentation in June of 1976 of Vertebra I, the first ergonomical chair ever. It is still the only office chair capable of changing configuration automatically. Like Vertebra I, Dorsal I changed configuration according to the positions adopted by the user, without any need for adjustment buttons. Dorsal II builds upon Dorsal I’s good points, greatly improving the original tilt forward function and providing a richer depth and quality of upholstery.
